The greatest of goals are never the work of just one man but many and
this is
the perfect example. Having the opportunity to meet you and share my
project,
ideas and vision for the modernization of the Los Angeles Police
Department
through high-tech surveillance equipment was a miracle.
All of us look towards a safer future for our family in life, but
very few do
anything about it. Our communities dont change for the better out
of wishful
thinking; they change due to hard work, effort and vision.
Throughout the years, Ive met so many people offering their best
wishes and
